What is DLT and why do I need it?
DLT is the registry Indian telecom operators use, under TRAI's regulations, to record which businesses send SMS, from which sender IDs and with which templates. Messages that don't match a registered template are blocked.
How long does DLT registration take?
Entity registration needs your business documents and usually takes a few working days to be approved; templates are often quicker. We prepare everything so it goes through the first time.
Are there rules for promotional SMS?
Yes. Promotional SMS can only go to people who haven't blocked them through DND (or who have given consent), and only within the hours the rules allow. We set up your campaigns to follow them.
