Measure

Consent management & privacy-first analytics

Tracking only lasts if it respects consent. We set up consent banners and tags that follow the rules where your customers are — India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR and others — while keeping measurement as complete as the rules allow.

What's included

Everything we take care of.

  • Consent management platform setup (for example CookieYes, Cookiebot, OneTrust or Piwik PRO)
  • Google Consent Mode v2 and consent-aware tags in Tag Manager
  • Privacy-first analytics with Piwik PRO, Matomo or server-side tools
  • A tag and data audit: what you collect, where it goes and why
  • Clear consent wording for forms, WhatsApp and SMS opt-ins
  • Cookie and privacy notices drafted with your legal adviser

Tools we work with

Platforms we know inside out.

  • CookieYes
  • Cookiebot
  • OneTrust
  • Piwik PRO
  • Matomo
  • Tag Manager

We set up and use these tools in your own accounts. Names and logos belong to their owners.

Who this is for

Businesses that collect personal data online — which today is almost every business with a website, app, forms or WhatsApp marketing. It matters most for healthcare, finance, education and any company selling to customers in Europe or other regions with strict privacy laws.

The rules are getting stricter

  • India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act sets rules for collecting and using personal data, with consent at its centre, and its detailed rules come into force in stages.
  • Europe and the UK: GDPR and cookie rules require consent before most tracking cookies are set.
  • Ad platforms: Google requires consent signals for some advertising features in regions where consent is the law.

We're not lawyers and don't give legal advice; we build the technical setup your legal adviser signs off, and make sure it actually does what the policy says.

What we set up

  1. Data and tag audit. A list of every tool on your site and app, what it collects, where the data goes and whether it waits for consent.
  2. Consent banner (CMP). A clear, mobile-friendly banner with real choices, in the languages your customers use, connected to your tags.
  3. Consent-aware tags. Google Consent Mode v2 and Tag Manager rules so analytics and ad tags only do what the visitor allowed.
  4. Privacy-first analytics. Where you want less dependence on big ad platforms, we set up tools like Piwik PRO or Matomo, or route data through server-side tracking to control exactly what each platform receives.
  5. Forms and messaging. Clear consent wording and records for forms, WhatsApp, SMS and email opt-ins, so your marketing lists are built properly.
  6. Documentation. A record of tools, purposes and consent behaviour for your team and advisers.

Keeping measurement useful

Consent doesn't have to mean flying blind. With consent-aware tags, modelled conversions where platforms offer them, and first-party data from customers who agree, most businesses keep a clear enough picture to run their marketing well.

Related: GA4 and Tag Manager, server-side tracking and website development.

People choose what they share, and your site honours it everywhere.

02

Measurement that lasts

Consent-aware tracking keeps working as privacy rules tighten.

03

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

    Discover

A free call, then an audit of your business, website, channels and numbers. You get a written plan with priorities, timelines and costs.

  2. 02

    Build

We build the website, set up WhatsApp, AI calling and tracking, create the ads and book the media — with regular check-ins and a shared project board.

  3. 03

    Launch

Forms, calls, messages, payments and ads are tested end to end, and every print or outdoor ad is checked before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Grow

Monthly campaigns, experiments and reporting, reviewed together, so the business keeps growing after launch.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do Indian websites need a cookie consent banner?

India's DPDP Act generally requires clear consent before personal data is processed, with its rules phasing in over time. For analytics and ad tags, a consent banner with consent-aware tags is the practical way to handle that. We set it up and work alongside your legal adviser on the wording.

What is a consent management platform (CMP)?

A tool that shows the cookie and tracking consent banner, records each visitor's choice and tells your tags what they're allowed to do. Examples include CookieYes, Cookiebot, OneTrust and Piwik PRO's consent manager.

What is Google Consent Mode?

A way for Google tags to adjust their behaviour to the visitor's consent choice. When someone declines, tags send limited, cookieless signals instead of full tracking, which helps Google estimate results without ignoring the choice.

Is Piwik PRO a replacement for Google Analytics?

It can be. Piwik PRO is an analytics suite built around privacy, with its own tag manager, consent manager and customer data platform. Some businesses use it instead of GA4; others run both for different purposes.

Can you write our privacy policy?

We can draft the technical parts — which tools you use, what they collect and why — but the final policy should be reviewed by your lawyer or compliance adviser.
