Who this is for
Growing brands and companies that spend across several channels and want answers their individual tools can't give: online stores with repeat customers, subscription businesses, apps, and lead businesses where sales close offline.
Questions this answers
- Which channel brings customers with the highest lifetime value, not just the cheapest first order?
- What is our lifetime ROAS by campaign after three, six and twelve months?
- How do channels work together — does YouTube make Google search cheaper?
- Which leads from which sources actually become paying customers?
What we build
- Warehouse. A data warehouse — usually Google BigQuery, which works natively with GA4 — in your own cloud account.
- Pipelines. Automatic, scheduled loading from GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, Amazon, your CRM, payment gateway and offline sales, using connector tools or custom code.
- Modelling. Clean, joined, documented tables: customers, orders, sessions, campaigns and costs — so every report uses the same definitions.
- Customer value. Cohorts, repeat rate, lifetime value and lifetime ROAS by acquisition channel and campaign.
- Attribution. Rules-based and data-driven attribution models compared side by side, so you can see how much credit each channel gets under each view — plus incrementality tests where budgets allow.
- Activation. Audiences and enriched conversion data sent back to ad platforms, email and WhatsApp tools, and to your CRM.
A note on attribution
No model is perfect. Platforms each claim credit for the same sale; last-click undervalues awareness; data-driven models need volume. We help you combine a consistent attribution view with simple tests — pausing a channel in one region, or holding out an audience — to see what really adds sales.
How it connects
- Clean inputs come from GA4 and Tag Manager and server-side tracking.
- Results show up in marketing dashboards.
- Insights feed back into performance marketing budgets.
