Who this is for
Founders, marketing heads and agencies who spend too long collecting numbers and too little time acting on them. If your weekly meeting starts with someone pasting screenshots from Meta, Google Ads and Shopify into slides, a dashboard will save hours and arguments.
What makes a dashboard useful
Most dashboards fail because they show everything. A useful one:
- Starts with the business question — are we making more money from marketing this month than last?
- Shows a few key numbers first: spend, leads or orders, cost per result, revenue, profit and repeat rate.
- Lets you drill down by channel, campaign, product, city or landing page.
- Uses the same definitions everywhere, so "a lead" or "revenue" means the same thing to everyone.
- Loads quickly and works on a phone.
What we build
| Dashboard | Shows |
|---|---|
| Marketing overview | Spend, results and cost per result across every channel |
| Paid ads | Campaign and creative performance for Google, Meta and others |
| E-commerce | Orders, revenue, AOV, conversion rate, returns and repeat customers |
| Lead pipeline | Leads by source, quality and how many become customers |
| SEO and content | Search Console clicks, rankings and pages that bring enquiries |
How we work
- KPI workshop. We agree the questions, the numbers and their definitions.
- Data connections. GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Search Console, Shopify, Amazon, your CRM and Google Sheets — using native connectors or a connector tool where needed.
- Design. Clear layouts in your branding, tested on desktop and phone.
- Automation. Scheduled refreshes and email delivery to the right people.
- Training and handover. Your team learns to read, filter and edit the dashboards.
When you need more than a dashboard
If data has to be cleaned, joined with sales and CRM data, or kept for years, we add a data warehouse underneath. See marketing data and attribution. Broken numbers going in? Start with GA4 and Tag Manager.
Fixing existing dashboards
Slow to load, showing errors, or nobody trusts them? We audit existing Looker Studio or Power BI reports, fix data sources and calculations, and simplify the layout.
